| It's not terribly difficult for a person to obtain their real estate license. Many agents simply obtain their license; complete the minimum courses to keep it active and then rely on more knowledgeable professionals to help them navigate transactions. In fact, it's a bit frightening to know the number of agents out there who are not aware of constant legal and contract updates. In addition to keeping pace with the ever-changing field of real estate, I strive to take my business to another level by seeking out professional designations that distinguish me from the masses. Such designations require many hours of course work to complete. Adding these titles is more than alphabet soup after my name. It's a commitment to my clients and me to be top in my field.
